Refund & Return Policy – Body Talk

At Body Talk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for every return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Sale or discounted items
    • Gift cards
    • Used, washed, or damaged products
    • Personal care or intimate items

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures or an unboxing video.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/product. For exchange requests, please contact our support team with your order details.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable courier service.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
    3. If the issue still continues, please contact our support team.
